DrumTrout Brewing Co. is a neighborhood brewery from longtime Wilmington locals Joe and Ali Bagwell, pairing Joe's brewing background with Ali's service-industry experience — Wilmington beer fans may recognize them from their time at Bill's Brewing Company. The taproom blends natural wood with teal floors, opening onto a patio with picnic tables, Adirondacks, heaters, and fire pits for year-round hangs. Twelve rotating taps plus wine, seltzer, cider, and kombucha are joined by a full calendar of local music, art, and food truck nights — family- and dog-friendly, always.
