What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter or submit an event, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide in those forms. To stop spam and abuse, our forms also record the IP address each submission comes from and use it only to limit repeated submissions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Our newsletter is powered by Beehiiv. When you subscribe, your email is stored with Beehiiv and used only to send the ILM Live weekly update. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Event submissions

Event submissions may include your name and email address. This information is used only to follow up on your submission if needed. It is never displayed publicly on the site.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are most visited and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We also count clicks on links that leave the site (tickets, directions, venue websites) so we can tell venues how many people we send them. Each click is stored with a one-way code made from your connection and browser, which cannot be turned back into your IP address.

Cookies

ILM Live does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The only cookies the site sets are first-party: functional ones (e.g., session handling), and a short-lived one that remembers which campaign link (for example from our newsletter or a social post) brought you here, for up to 30 days, so we can tell which channels send visitors.

Location

If you use the "Near me" option on our events map, your browser looks up your location for that one moment to sort nearby events. That lookup happens entirely in your browser — we never store it or send it to our servers.

Your rights

You can request that we delete your email address from our systems at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
