Woman-owned, scratch-made eatery in Wilmington's Brooklyn Arts District, run by Chef Alicia Mitchell. Handcrafted sandwiches (the Beef on Weck, slow-roasted beef and au jus on kummelweck, is a signature), soups that change every week and fresh salads, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Retro neighborhood feel with an herb wall and a backyard patio. Besides lunch, The Kitchen Sink hosts live music, concert dinners and cooking classes with Chef Alicia, and posts a weekly specials menu on Instagram. Open Monday to Thursday 11 AM to 3 PM and Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM. Dine-in, takeout and delivery. No reservations.
