The Jelly Cabinet Bakery

Scratch bakery in a tiny brick corner building in the Brooklyn Arts District, founded in 2023 by Phillip Jones III and named for his grandmother's wooden jelly cabinet. Known for blueberry biscuits, rotating cinnamon roll flavors, and JCB Bars, plus scones, croissants, cookies and Vietnamese iced coffee. Open Saturday and Sunday 8am-2pm.
