Fitz's Biscuits

Named for Conrad "Fitz" Fitzhue and Birdie Marlene Hinson, an Eastern NC pair known for good food and great company. Conrad's stacked burger, egg, and cheese lives on as the Cock-A-Doodle-Moo, and The Birdie honors Sunday fried chicken with grandma.
