Tommy James and the Shondells are among the most air-played and artist-covered musicians alive. They are well known for many Top 40 Hits, including “Crimson and Clover,” “Mony Mony,” “Hanky Panky,” “I Think We’re Alone Now,” and “Draggin’ the Line.” In the 1980s, hits from James’ songbook became chart topping covers for Tiffany (“I Think We’re Alone Now”), and Billy Idol (“Mony Mony”).
