2027 Novant Health Wilmington Half and Full Marathon

The Wilmington Marathon returns with a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, Fleet Feet 5K, and 1 Mile event. A fast, flat, point-to-point course starting at Johnny Mercer Pier in Wrightsville Beach and finishing at Live Oak Bank Pavilion on the downtown riverfront. Hosted by Without Limits and Novant Health Wilmington NC Marathon and Half Marathon.
